Customer service and personal contact with our B2B customers are very important to us, as they are with any other customer.
Confirmation
By approving these terms conditions and confirming your order a binding agreement is entered into. When we have received your order, you will receive an automatic e-mail confirming your order. As soon as we have received your payment your order will leave our warehouse and you will receive the tracking number.
Credit/Debit cards
For our B2B customers we accept payment via Bank Transfers to HSBC or Pay Pal for all international orders.
PRICES
USA & CanadaAll prices for orders are given in FOB Hong Kong and destined for North America are calculated in USD. Shipments of Orders will be made in accordance to your preferred shipping preference. Only shipments of small quantity orders within 10 items will be shipped for free although additional charges for customs clearance and import taxes has to be covered by the receiver.
By Choice reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the products will be invoiced on the basis of the price in force at the time of placing the orders, subject to their availability.
Rest of the WorldAll prices are calculated in EUR or USD as per your preference. Prices are giving FOB Hong Kong and only small orders of 10 pcs or less will include free shipping and service, but no supplementary delivery charges and import taxes which will be payable for orders coming from outside Europe will be covered.
